Inspired by the host’s Italian heritage, the spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Tuscan Country Home is a welcoming hideaway set in a rural suburban neighborhood in Central Coast, California.
Situated on two acres with fruit trees and a vegetable garden, grape vines, and a large wrap-around deck, the natural landscape is reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside.

Full Kitchen
Barn-red cabinets, rustic countertops and hanging baskets — the kitchen and island include a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator and freezer. Make yourself at home.
The Garden Room
An east-facing master suite on the corner of the house with a queen bed and organic linens, textural finishes, and antique furniture make this the perfect space to unwind.
The Nest Room
The second bedroom takes inspiration from the 40+ species of birds that migrate through the area. A queen bed and antique furniture cultivate a cozy and restful space.
Jacuzzi & Outdoor Shower
Situated in the garden, just off the deck, guests are invited to relax in the 5 person hot tub. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and slip into plush spa robes.
Fire Pit
Start your morning with a sunrise coffee next to the fire pit or finish the day with a glass of wine by the fire. Either way, the fire pit is a great way to take in the property.
Wrap-Around Deck
Enjoy the garden, eucalyptus grove, sunshine and central coast air all from the wrap-around deck. Guests are also encouraged to grab a pair of binoculars and birdwatch.

Fruit trees, fresh jasmine and two acres of open space add to the peaceful atmosphere. Take in the sounds of birds chirping and the rustling of the wind through the trees.
Off-Street Parking
Guests can come and go at their leisure with parking available off-street. Access to the property is private and the host is on site for any additional support.
